You're right where most people are, and it's more approachable than anyone's making it sound.

I'm Everett. I help small businesses and solopreneurs put AI to work in a way that fits how they already run things. It's just me, no handoffs, no templated build, and I learn how you operate before I build anything.

My background's in Media Studies, not code, so I build systems around how you think and work, not how a textbook says one should look, and the good ones leave you more capable than they found you. Sometimes I build it for you, sometimes I teach you to build it yourself. Either way it's yours to run, and you'll know exactly how it works.

The Business Brain is a flat $1,000 one-time build completed in one week. Fractional AI Lead engagements run as monthly retainers with dedicated automation sprints. Custom standalone projects are quoted as fixed-price bids after a short discovery call, typically completed in two to four weeks. You will always know the exact deliverables, timeline, and investment before we start, with zero hidden retainers or hourly surprises.

Very little. Most engagements require about 45 minutes for our initial discovery session to walk me through your workflow, and another 30 to 45 minutes for the final handoff walkthrough. I do the architecture, building, testing, and documentation in the background while you stay focused on running your business.

No. I prioritize building inside the tools you already rely on (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Make, etc.). When AI models or APIs are required (like Claude or OpenAI), we connect them directly to your own accounts so you pay only for actual usage, usually just a few dollars a month rather than bloated per-seat SaaS licenses.

Privacy and data sovereignty are non-negotiable. Everything is deployed directly within your own private accounts and secure infrastructure. Your proprietary business data, client communication, and internal documents are never shared or used to train public foundation models.
